We can provide a personalised invitation letter to support your visa application (on request) once your registration has been processed and your ticket fully paid for. You will need to be responsible for managing their own visa application. If you do not obtain a visa in time, refunds are not permitted but credit can be offered for another ICA conference within in the next 12-month period to an equivalent value.
